We offer individual coaching sessions, group training programs, and skill development clinics. Each program is designed to enhance player performance and skill development.

How can I book a coaching session?

Please fill out an inquire form before booking. Once completed, we will email you back with potential times and dates for your lesson. 

How long is a typical session?

With Jeff, typical sessions run from an hour and fifteen minutes to an hour and a half. Entry level players will skate for the hour
